Staywell 300 - White Deluxe 4 way locking cat flap.
The Staywell 300 gives you more control, allowing you to set the cat flap: In only, out only, fully locked, fully unlocked. The flap is a solid transparent flap with magnetic seal. The 300 cat flap comes complete with 1 tunnel extension, hand for lining holes through doors. Additional tunnels are available to line longer tunnels e.g. through walls. Each Staywell® 310 Tunnel Extensions adds 1 7/8" and can be clipped together to the required size. (See below). The Staywell 300 Cat flap is suitable for fitting into doors, walls or glass to a maximum depth of 54mm (2").

Important - Please see fitting instructions before installing into metal or uPVC doors. It is not possible to cut holes in to existing glass, (single or double glazed units) because the glass will be toughened glass. You must therefore take your cat flap to a glazing company, who must reglaze the door, cutting the required hole in the glass before its toughened, or remove the glass section and replace it with a new upvc panel.
300/400/500 Series - Designer Range
Q I have just purchased the new designer cat flap and found that the cut-out hole is different from the previous one I had for many years. Have you a solution?
A Yes. The new Designer range does have slightly larger dimensions than the previous Classic range we have sold for many years. The new series is slightly larger to accommodate the ever increasing waistline of modern day cats. However, do not worry as we have kept the cut-out sizes as near as possible to the previous models. By simply making the existing hole a bit larger (in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions)you will find that the new door can easily be installed with the minimum of difficulty.
In the case of an installation in glass where the previous product was an exact fit, we recommend that you seek the advice of a professional glazier.
Q Is it suitable for double-glazed glass?
A Yes, all of the Deluxe Range are suitable to be installed in double glazed or toughened glass, but only at the time of manufacture and by a professional glazier. You can not fit them to an existing panel, as this will weaken the glass. The 400 series will only operate in double glazed glass if a plasic spacer bar is used.
